Project Brief
Indiabulls Enigma Township is a residential revelation with acres of themed landscapes sprawling around buildings. These high rises residential building are in Sector – 110, Gurugram, Haryana. Buildings are 92 meter high with double basement of size 3.70 meter, 5.10 meter respectively. There are 147 super luxury flats in this contract with super area of 3500 sq. ft. approx. The total value of our contract is likely to touch Rs. 100 Crores. This includes cost of RMC, Steel, Wooden Chowkhats etc. which are supplied free of cost.
