Sushant Aquapolis – These towers are part of new millennium township designed by World famous Architect Chelsea West, New York. These buildings are 13 storeys with double basement of height 4.5 meter each. There are 159 flats in this Tower and shall be first of its style in Ghaziabad. The total value of contract is likely to touch Rs. 35.00 Crores. This includes cost of cement, steel and CLC blocks which are supplied free of cost.
